What is a period kit?

What's inside?
- 2 Cotton flannel cloth pads (one for heavy flow one for light flow)
- 2 Flo bamboo disposable pads (regular and overnight)
- 1/2 oz bottle of Organic Cramp bark glycerite (natural, more effective alternative to commonly used NSAIDs)
- All in a cotton canvas tote, designed by a mother-daughter team!
